Awesome! Loved the fact I was able to make an appointment online and they followed up and confirmed it without me having to call them. Many times when calling other mechanics, the people answering the phones don't have the knowledge to answer your questions about your vehicle. That isn't the case here. Jana knows her stuff and took the time to answer my long-winded questions. Very friendly. They will be my go-to place from now on.

I just bought a new vehicle and had Sudley do a post car inspection. They did a good job. Even work they were not familiar with they found someone a a manager at the Honda dealership who took car of me. Thank you Jenna!

I had my Honda Pilot AWD 2006 with a 185,000 miles service for its second timing belt replacement. I also had some random misfire for almost all cylinders which triggered my maintenance light to come on. When I ran my ODB2 scanner it said it was because of my direct ignition coils. The actual cause of the random misfires was the cylinder valves needing adjustment which was diagnosed correctly by John who is one of their top mechanics. It is running so much better just like new! I'm hoping to get another 100K miles off my Pilot with Sudley Car Care center's help! I'd like to point out to The folks at Sudley Car Care are always friendly and courteous.
