I was in the market for a first gen Toyota Sequoia. I traveled from Richmond VA to Manassas VA to purchase a Sequoia from a small car lot I discovered on CarGurus. It was a low mileage vehicle and the pics made it look amazing. When I arrived at the dealership it had blemishes on the exterior but the interior was flawless. I really liked the vehicle but decided to have a pre purchase inspection done by Sudley Care Care Center. Wow!!! I am so glad I did!! The vehicle had 4 mismatched tires, vibration at highway speeds and under hard braking. Back tailgate wouldn't open, key fobs broken etc. All of this I was able to see on my own. What I didn't know that Sudley informed me...One tire was dry rotted, vehicle had been in some form of accident with rusty quarter panel. Brakes replaced but dealer left all 4 rusted rotors on vehicle. Vehicle needed timing belt, pump, seals etc replaced. Exhaust was completely rusted out, held together by putty. A $102 pre purchase inspection saved be from purchasing a $8,500 lemon that would have probably required $5,000 in repairs. Thank You Sudley Car Care, GOD Bless!

Excellent service. Very pleased with the service and professionalism. Mike, the service person I dealt with, was terrific in every way!! My vehicle is running better than ever. I needed a new engine and everything was explained in detail about how it would go and was delivered as promised.

As usual, Craig and his staff came through again. My Rav-4 broke down and I had no way of getting it to SCC. Mike had his mechanics pick it up from my home , fixed it and brought it back to my home , on the same day! I'm glad that customer service is still alive and well at Sudley Car Care.
