I have been bringing my vehicles to Sudley Car Care for years. They are always very friendly and helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I trust Sudley Car Care with all my car repairs--I know they will do a great job and won't charge me for something I don't need. Everyone is very friendly and courteous --it's always a pleasure doing business with them.

Brought my truck in for a tire balance. The previous shop had not been able to balance the truck due to the excessive weight necessary. Jason went out of his way to help throughout the whole process. He explained that they would balance the best they could, but the tires might be the issue. I ended up needing to contact the tire distributor to try and get replacements and Jason continued to go above and beyond to help get the tires I needed and the situation rectified. Great to work with and would highly recommend.

I have used Sudley Car Care for about 15 years. I have found them to be honest and professional. I have never had to return my cars to them after a repair, i.e. they do it right the first time.

On July 3rd, I heard a noise in my Toyota sienna which is a handicapped van for our daughter. The next morning we needed to drive to Roanoke to pick up our daughter from camp. I drove to Sudley Car Care and Jenna arranged to have the van looked at immediately. It needed some serious repairs.The mechanic worked very hard to repair the van that day. It was repaired that afternoon and runs very smoothly. Jenna and the mechanic were a big help to us! I am very grateful to Sudley Car Care for their excellent service and caring attitude.
