She is knowledgeable and tells it like it is with candor and kindness. The owner always take a moment to say hello and the pups are adorable and fun as they come up for an ear rub and a quick hello. Through a friend's recommendation, I decided to give Sudley a chance to fix the very pronounced road noise. I knew in advance it was a wheel bearing issue. When I stopped by to ask for a quote Mark Bacon was helpful and friendly so I decided to have my car repair done at Sudley. After the work was completed they even took the time to show me the faulty wheel bearing and why it was making the noise. This extra step in customer service, especially at automotive places, is one way to gain customer's trust. I know, considering this is how I did it when I used to work at an automotive shop a long time ago.
