We've been taking our vehicles to Sudley Car Care for over 20 years and I wouldn't take my vehicles any where else. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They consult with you before any work is performed and explain every detail so that you can make an informed decision. I had an unexpected hour free and I called to see if they could do an inspection on my 2020 car. They said to come right in. I drove there, got the inspection, and drove back home with 10 minutes to spare! I will definitely be bringing my 2010 Ford there for the work it needs. Thank you, Sudley Car Care for being so fast and efficient!

Have been here twice so far, the prices are fair, the staff communicate well, the work is done timely, and nothing is recommended for your car unless it's needed.

Our family is so thankful the folks at Sudley Car Care. Most recently we brought in our old and well-loved 2004 Hyundia Elantra. The check engine light was on and just like Han Solo, we had "a bad feeling about this." The call came back with a quote for the work. There were repairs needed to get the car road worthy again as well as pass inspection and emissions. We had also asked that the team also look over the car and to look for preventative maintenance options as well. With the age of the car, we knew that we might be deciding to cut our losses and invest the repair money into a newer vehicle. One of the things that we have appreciated most about the people and the culture of Sudley Car Care is that they do indeed care about the people and families that they serve just as much as they care about being a solvent business. When we asked them "What do you think? Is it worth keeping?" They took the time to help us weigh the pros and cons, the knows and unknowns, and answer the question "What would you do if this was your car?" There is never any pressure, only the facts. The decision is always left to our family. In this case, with the pandemic keeping our milage so low, we repaired the car and are looking to have a few more miles out of it. We know that there will be new mechanical challenges that pop up in the future, but we know exactly who we have in our corner to help us deal with what comes. Bottom line: Sudley Car Care is a gift to our family and we are thankful for them.

Great Service as always!

Great experience as usual. Called Mark on a Thursday afternoon, got the truck in 1st thing Friday morning for a safety inspection, wiper blades, and an oil change. Was back on the road in 40 minutes. Will not take my business anywhere else. All staff very professional, and they explain everything about the repair/service to your vehicle.

It’s still all about customer service.. my passenger door latch on my F 150 was stuck open.. called Mark and was told to drive right over. 20 min later pulled into the parking lot. Mark came out and fixed the problem in 5 min, no charge... That’s what I call customer service and that’s why I make Sudley my car care place.
