Thank you for another remarkable service on my Lexus...it's like my car having a SPA day! It comes back looking and running like a new car. I never worry about being taken advantage of (as someone with no car experience)and Jason rocks.....he has the patience of a Saint in listening to me try to explain what is wrong. You can tell everyone that works there has alot of respect for eachother and takes pride in their, and the fact that most have been there forever confirms the strong business ethic.

Every other car repair shop has grease everywhere and car parts and tools thrown around. Sudley Car Care Center is not typical...it's organized and so clean you could eat off the floor! They are also honest and trustworthy, which also makes them stand out from the rest. They will give you an estimate prior to doing any work, and itemize and explain each expense. They are competitive with the going rate for car repair. They are not the cheapest around, but you can be sure they will not do unnecessary work, and that they repaired what they said. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off Sunday night with a request for an emissions test for Monday. The car was done my 10:00 and the shop did not try to convince me that I needed any repairs or anything done to the car. I appreciate that the shop did what was requested and did not try to pressure me into anything further.
