They have handled everything for me from routine oil changes to vetting a used car to an engine replacement. Craig Ginther and his staff are competent, ethical, and courteous, and stand behind their work 100 percent. The service writers explain clearly in advance what work is recommended and what it will cost. Unless there's an unavailable part, the work is completed when promised.
