Sudley Car Care personnel have always been up front and honest with their estimate of what is best for our automobiles. We have had maintenance done on 4 vehicles and all 4 of them are in top running condition today.
This service shop is perhaps the most customer friendly place I have ever taken my car to. They are going out of their way to answer question and concerns. The quality of work has been outstanding. I do believe in preventive maintenance and they know how to do that.

Received fast email reply to my appointments request as well as the confirmation of an appointment. Services required were completed in a reasonable time and completely to my satisfaction. Several questions as to future requirements were addressed and explained completely. Service was exceptional as always.
