Service was top notch, as always. I appreciate the advise on future maintenance that may be needed, but is presented in a reasonable way suggesting what may be needed at the next check-up (for example) and is not pushed as something that is needed when it isn't.

Very long term customer. Service is great. Techs are honest and as one who is mechanically challenged the guys go out of there way to make sure I understand the what, and why of a repair.

Great service. They not only performed the service what I asked but gave me a heads up about things that I should keep an eye on, not even pressuring me for them to do it, just giving me a heads up. They are there to give you a diagnosis and fix, or they will let you fix it yourself and if along the way you encounter problems, they'll assist on finishing the job.

Sudley Car Care not only does excellent repairs, but also does not do repairs that are not needed. I thought that I needed a new water pump and asked to have one installed. Later that day, I received a call from Jason telling me that the water pump was good, and that only a connector hose was leaking. His report saved me a few hundred dollars. I continue to be more impressed with Sudley Car Care as I have my vehicles serviced there!
